Ace Vitals operates 24/7, but recipient business hours are from 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and are expected to reach customers within 3-5 working days of dispatch. Contact us within 24 hours if your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it.

Returns & Replacements

Ace Vitals ensures product quality. Returns are accepted for production defects, expired/wrong products. We require unboxing videos for investigation. We don’t refund for allergic reactions, address errors, order mistakes, or changed needs. Replacements of the same value incur a Rs.200 charge for one-time pick-up.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent orders or due to pricing inaccuracies/stock unavailability. Customers can cancel within 2 working days. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Accepted payments: Credit Card, Debit Cards, Net Banking, CoD. Prices include packaging, delivery, and applicable GST. Promotions and offers may be discontinued or changed at our discretion.

Email Ids are permanent identifiers. For changes, users must contact us via email. Other account info can be altered by logging in. Provide a comprehensive postal address for accurate dispatch.
